Because of the volume of orders that we ship out each month, we order items and start preparing packages in advance. We need any address changes, subscription preference updates, or size changes to be made BEFORE the 8th of the month to ensure that your request is made for that month's shipment.
Changes made on or after the 8th will result in the change being applied to the following month's subscription. If you change your size, address, or subscription type after the 8th, we will always do our best to make adjustments before packages ship, but can only guarantee changes that are done before the cutoff.
Cancellations that are made after the 7th will apply to the following month and the subscription will still renew for the current month. Refunds are not available for accounts that are canceled after the cutoff date.
