What is Your Cancellation Policy?

All cancellations must be made PRIOR to the 8th of the month.

We're sorry to see you go but we know that these things happen. You may cancel your subscription at anytime. Canceling is very easy. Just log into your account and follow the instructions on how to cancel. Or go to our Contact Us Page and select "I Need to Cancel My Subscription." Please allow our team a little time to process your cancelation request.

Month-to-Month Subscriptions

If you wish to cancel your month to month subscription, make sure to do so before the 8th of the month. If you request a cancelation on your monthly subscription on or after the 8th of the month you will still be billed for that month's package later in the month and subsequent packages will be canceled. 

Prepaid 3, 6, or 12 Month Subscriptions

If you wish to cancel your prepaid (3 month, 6 month, or 12 month) subscription, you may do so at any time. But please note that prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancelling your prepaid subscription will disable the auto-renewal feature on your account, but will not impact any current shipments for which you have already paid. For example, if you have a 6 month subscription and canceled after the fourth month, you would still receive your last 2 packages, but would not be billed again after you have received all of your shipments.


*Please note that accounts that are not cancelled prior to the 8th of the month are not eligible for a refund and the shipment cannot be canceled.
