Splendies subscriptions renew and are billed on the 11th of the month. If you account is not able to renew on the 11th, don't worry - your account will continue to try to renew for that month's shipping period.
Each month, we bill through the 7th of the following month. If your account renews at the end of the month/beginning of the next month, your package will ship with the last batch of shipments for the month.
You'll receive an email notification once your package ships and is in transit.
