Splendies is a surprise monthly subscription meaning that you won't know what you receive until you open them. It's a big part of the fun!
Due to hygienic reasons, unfortunately we aren't able to take back items from opened packages. The MSRP on all Splendies packages is well above the cost of the subscription, so hopefully the great value of Splendies and the quality of the items that you do like will offset the cost of the occasional pair that isn't to your liking.
